Take Inventory: Prioritize Your Next Steps

Servant Leaders tend to want to go all in on everything, but that's a recipe for disaster.  While our passion for a project may be limitless, our energy is finite.  The best leaders are the ones who develop systems to help them prioritize their work.  

TAKE ACTION

Divide a piece of paper in half. On the left side, write down all the ways you are helping to serve others. On the right hand side, write down areas that are most in need of servant leadership at your site. Are there items on the left side that you are doing, that you can delegate to others? Are there items on the right side that you can begin doing or help teach others to accomplish on their own?
