Teach A Lesson: A Great Time for Us to Learn Too!

If you are an administrator, support staff member, teacher on special assignment, or anyone who has been absent from the classroom on a daily basis, this one's for you.  The only way to grow as a Servant Leader is to serve others.  When we do, an interesting thing happens along the way . . . it brings us joy as well.  We are rewarded by the experience of helping others, while at the same time,  learning a thing or two from the ones we set out to support.  

TAKE ACTION

A great teacher is like an artist at work.  When they make a breakthrough with an individual student or a classroom full of kids, it's a thing of beauty.  There are many among us who make this look easy, but it's not.  It's incredibly difficult.  No matter your role today, we must never lose sight of how hard it is to teach a great lesson to students.  Surprise a teacher today by asking them if you can teach a lesson to their class.
