At the Rock, we offer help for individuals and families through our various care and support ministries. These ministries are designed to be a safe place for you to share your current needs with a pastor, staff member, or volunteer who may be able to offer insights based on God's word and their own past personal experiences. These ministries are not designed to take the place of professional counseling, but rather to allow a safe place for you to share with others.

Would you like us to pray for you? God responds to prayer with power and love often going beyond what has been asked or even hoped. If you have a need for which you would like prayer, we would love to pray with you or for you. Here are a few ways you can receive prayer: 

• Email tim@therockofsahuarita.com with your name, contact info, and prayer request.
• Call the church office 520.777.8936 with your name, number, and request so a Prayer Team member can contact you.
• Attend our 9:00am or 10:30am Sunday Worship Service and fill out a Prayer Card.

Each of us experiences difficult times in our lives. Sometimes it is helpful to talk these situations over with a trusted friend or family member. At other times, however, we may feel the need to speak with a professional to sort things out. The Rock has trained and licensed counselors that may be of help to you.  The pastors, staff members, and volunteers are also available for prayer support and biblical guidance.

Celebrate Recovery is an international, Christ-centered, 12-step recovery program. The purpose of CR is to fellowship and celebrate God’s healing power in our lives through the 12 Steps and 8 Recovery Principles. This experience allows us to “be changed.” We open the door by sharing our experiences, strengths, and hopes with one another. In addition, we become willing to accept God’s grace in solving our lives’ problems.

By working and applying these Biblical principles, we begin to grow spiritually. We become free from our addictive, compulsive, and dysfunctional behaviors. This freedom creates peace, serenity, joy, and most importantly, a stronger personal relationship with God and others. As we progress through the program we discover our personal, loving, and forgiving Higher Power – Jesus Christ.
