What's big and bright orange with neon green lights, a thumpin' sound system and free Popsicles? No, it's not the latest gimmick at a pop concert.  It's the Rock-sicle, a "moving billboard" being developed by the Rock Church of Sahuarita.  This fresh, upbeat, non-denominational Christian church, which opened in January 2006, is renovating a 1984 Chevy step-van that will be used to reach out to local residents in an innovative way, says John Malozsak of the church's promo team. The Rock Church is planning to have the Rock-sicle make its debut in the community in late January, Malozsak says.  Watch for it at community fairs, the Little League season opener and more.   Work under way now on the vehicle includes lowering the suspension and adding chrome dually wheel inserts, hot rod-style dual exhaust, green under-car neon, and the full vinyl graphic wrap featuring young smiling faces and a giant Popsicle design, says Malozsak, who is overseeing the design and transformation.  At community events, Rock Church members will staff the Rock-sicle, play contemporary Christian music on the vans powerful sound system, and hand out free Popsicles.  "It will be a full-blown ministry," Malozsak says, with church brochures available for those interested in learning more about the congregation and its programs.  The church, led by Pastor Tim Olof, is specifically reaching out to young families with children, primarily in Rancho Sahuarita and surrounding areas, Malozsak says. Hour long services at this mobile church are held Sundays at 9:00am and 10:30am at the Pima Community College / Performing Arts Center, located at 1250 W. Continental Rd, Green Valley.  "Kids Rock," the ministry for infants through grade 5 is available for both services, and our junior high group "Rockstars" grades 6-8 and our high school "Elevation" are also held Sundays at 10:30am at the same location.
