Tuition

Harvest University Bible College is NOT A FREE Bible College. HUBC helps Christians get the education they need by making Bible University affordable for people who are not able to pay $30,000 or more per year to attend a major Bible university. Tuition for the college year is less than $7,200 per year and still affords you the opportunity for high quality biblical education. Since more than 90 percent of all instruction is from the Holy Bible (Authorized King James Version) very few other textbooks, if any, will be required the first year. This saves the student hundreds of extra dollars.

Our adjutant staff are local and international professors who provide us with worldwide knowledge and experience. We are able to pull from over 240 professors which teach weekend and saturation courses LIVE and via LiveStream, Video and teleconferences. So join us today for the BEST education. Tuition may be paid at the time of registration, or arrangements may be made to pay 50% at the beginning of each semester and weekly payments. Weekly payments will be received throughout the semester.

Required Books per Semester

Each semester however, does have a course workbook which will be mandatory to purchase. The cost is $59.00 per workbook. This workbook is REQUIRED for each student, and may not be shared, duplicated, or copied for any reason. An additional test book will also be REQUIRED at the end of each semester for $25.00.

Early Registration Discount

A registration discount of 20 percent may be offered for all prospective students who register early (30 days or more in advance) and/or if tuition is paid in full at the time of registration.  

** In the case of extreme proven financial hardship and (only by special arrangement with the president,) tuition may also be paid monthly at the beginning of each month of instruction. This arrangement does not include the early registration discount.**

Class Times:

SATURDAYS ARE OUR MAIN DAYS OF STUDIES

Time: 10:00 am to 2:30 pm 

Class 1: 10:00 am - 11:15 am

Class 2: 11:30 am - 12:45 pm

Class 3: 1:00 pm - 2:15 pm

Some evening classes will be from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm (TBA) and Saturation Weekends.

For those not able to attend during the day you may select E-Classes. Call for information about which daytime classes will be taught during the semester.

Refund Policy

Following HUBC system policy of offering full and partial refunds for students who, for whatever reason must withdraw shortly after the first class, HUBC maintains a refund policy as follows:

No Registration Fees will be refunded.

Students not attending with tuition pre-payment may have tuition transferred to next semester.

Students attending one week and deciding to officially withdraw will receive 50% of paid tuition reimbursement, if withdrawal from the college occurs only within the first week of classes.

After the first week of class, no tuition will be refunded.

The same policies apply for the online campus.

Financial Assistance

At the present time HUBC has no program to accept government grants such as the BEOG, SEOG, or state grants. However, it may be available at some time in the future. Therefore, please be advised that ALL students are CASH PAY, in advance of classes.

The average cost of credit hours to attend Harvest University Bible College is:

Part-Time Student - 3 hours

$208 per credit hour

Total $624 per 3 credit hours = 1 class

$39 dollars per week

$78.00 bi-weekly.

Average semester is 16 weeks

Full-Time Student - 9 hours

$624 per 3 credit hours = 1 class

$1,872 per 9 credit hours = 3 classes

$117 dollars per week

$234 bi-weekly

Special cost for WSC classes is $299-$399 (TBA)

Saturation courses are considered 3 credit classes.
