The Alabama North District (ALND) started back in 1908.  While a lot has changed over the past 99 years, many of the same values and principles that have built the district are still in place and continue to guide our church.   We believe church ought to be a relevant and exciting place where you can meet with God and get involved in His purposes. It's that kind of church that the Lord has built here on our district - a place of discovery, a place where you can experience God's presence, and savor all that's good about life. We're a family and, we love coming together. We trust that on the pages of this site you'll find answers to the questions you might have about God, life and church. We've sought to make this site easy to navigate and hope that you'll learn more about God and His purpose for your life.  Also on the site you can find out about ministries for every age group such as kidsZONE,  EXtremeYouth, Singles, or Prime Timers.  Download some inspirational music or catch up on talks that you missed. If you've never visited ALND, we hope you'll take some time to visit one of our 68 congregations weekend services and experiences. We have sixty eight multicultural churches in the northern part of the state of Alabama from Birmingham north to the Tennessee border and from Mississippi to the Georgia borders. This Sunday over 3200 members will be  meeting at a variety of different times, home groups, and multicultural services. We hope you find what you're looking for in our district family.
