  • Sunday, September 5th:
No first of the month lunch. That will be next week because of the holiday.

  • Month of September:  Preaching on HOPE
First Sunday is the story of the young men in the Book of Daniel, chapter 3.
Name of the sermon:  "Defining Moments".  Have you ever had a defining moment?

  • Saturday,September 11th:
We will participate in Founder's Day ... to hand out buttons and be a presence.  Please show up Friday September 10th to help set up.

  • September 12th (Second Sunday):
We will have lunch after service bring something to share.
Second Sunday is when we bring pantry items. Soup with meat, canned meat, even a $10 gas card would be great.

  • Friday September 17th and Saturday September 18th:
Louis Purin will be teaching an early responders class to get prepared when we are called on to help with disasters. Cost $40 and you need to let the church know right away.

  • Check this Out:
Our pastor has come to know a street preacher (and his wife) who are getting by by selling some prints online.  It's worth checking out at:  www.christiansphotogallery.com

  • Food Pantry:
Please continue to bring items into our food pantry to help those that are struggling.  Remember, you can bring non-perishable items any Sunday or other day of the week.  Don't forget to include diapers, toiletries and paper products.  Consider even giving a gas card sometimes. Thanks so much.

  • Operation Christmas Child:
Please begin gathering items for the shoe box ministry.  (Remember, we decided last time to start earlier this year to collect school supplies, small toys, small games, etc. that will fit in a shoe box.)
