Thank you to all of WCCI !

Ray, Pastor Pope and all the members of WCCI, I cannot come up with the words, especially between the tears, as I was listening to this past (04/19) Sunday’s service. When I heard what was said not only by you Ray, someone that has never even met me in person before but by an entire congregation coming together in prayer and belief that God will restore and resurrect this marriage is more than I could ever imagine. Not to mention Ray and his wife standing in the place of my wife (Oxana) and myself. WOW. Not only to listen to it but to actually feel the Lords’ presence as I was listening to it made me raise my hands in praise, thanks and so much gratitude as tears rolled down my face. You cannot imagine the feeling I felt. Thank you so very much!

As you can tell by my profile page, wanting this marriage restoration is not for the love I have for my wife (Yes I do by the way) but my love for the Lord and wanting with all my heart to honor Him and give him all the praise, glory and thanks for restoring this marriage covenant. There would be no greater pleasure for me than to be able to sneak into one of your services with my wife by my side and walk up front and introduce myself and Oxana and thank everyone at WCCI and Myflock for their support and prayers. Would’t that be totally awesome?

My God continue to truly Bless WCCI and all its members. With much love, Jeff

My Thought: Saved, am I guaranteed to enter Heaven?

Question: If I am saved does that guarantee that I will enter the Kingdom of Heaven and always have salvation?

My thought: Is NO. I say this because yes I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. Yes I believe accepting Jesus Christ into my life gave me salvation and that no one or nothing can take that salvation away, with the exception of me. For if I continue to sin and break His covenants then do you think that I still deserve, much less actually have salvation? I think not. It is one thing to except Him as ones’ savior but it is another thing from that point forward to live by His word. Some passages that I located as I have been studying His word this week are here.
Matthew 18:21-35 – In the parable of the unforgiving servant, Jesus told that although the merciful king forgave his debt, the unforgiving servant proceeded to mistreat a fellow servant. When the king discovered this, he reinstated his debt and threw him into prison! Jesus stated, “So also my heavenly Father will do to every one of you, if you do not forgive your brother from your heart.”
Matthew 7:21 – “Not every one who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.”
John 15:5-6 – “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in me, and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing. If a man does not abide in me, he is cast forth as a branch and withers; and the branches are gathered, thrown into the fire and burned.”
Hebrews 10:26-31 – For if we sin deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a fearful prospect of judgment, and a fury of fire which will consume the adversaries.... How much worse punishment do you think will be deserved by the man who has spurned the Son of God, and profaned the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified, and outraged the Spirit of grace? For we know him who said, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay.” And again, “The Lord will judge his people: It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.”

Despite the above versus I can take comfort in knowing that… “He who endures to the end will be saved” (Matthew 24:13). Just as I am trying to Honor His covenant by not looking at my marriage through the my own eyes and the eyes of everyone around me, but instead relying and trusting that His Will be done, I pray that all who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior will endure though life’s trials and will abide in Him by doing His Will.

So that leaves me with a 2nd question for you… Are you going to endure to the end so you will be saved and enter the Kingdom of Heaven
