1861 girls school     Becoming a Southern Belle.....

last week I went to camp at the Athenaeum where I learned many skills that a girl from the 1860's would have needed to know. such as needle work, side saddle,etiquette, dance, and many other things. as one might guess it was a very fun and busy week! unfortunately I did not get many pictures.... but here is a few that I thought ya'll might want to see 

   all the girls and our teachers.
