Relaxing at the Anderson's today.  The kids get along so well it is rare we hear anything from them.  The grilled tilapia was great and now we are snacking on TGIF appetizers and watching "Twister", one of my favorite movies.

Ever since Stephanie Anderson mentioned a "back to school" celebration lunch for us summer-worn mothers, my mouth has been watering....and my mind has imagined a Calgon moment.

I have finally finished the first day of the PHA Commissioner Training and am back in my room relaxing.  This room is awesome......and so quiet :).  I feel like I may have died and went to heaven.  Please, don't pinch me to find out.  We had a pre-assessment test this morning and I just sat and stared at the first question for about five minutes.  You know, the old "deer caught in the headlights" look.  About the time I started writing and got through the first page of the test, the moderator said, "You have about three more minutes."  What????  I just started.  All those laws and by-laws, regulations and rules, borders of authority and sticky situations.  I suspect that experience is going to serve me better in this than mere knowledge, just as it is in our journey in Christ with the Father :).
