  Renew your mind

RENEW YOUR MIND...How finished does finished mean?
If your lacking any good thing...God isn't holding if from you, the Devil stole it. Stop storming the gates of Heaven begging God to give you what He has already given you. Start storming the gates of Hell and take back your stuff.
Whoever you hang around with you have given them permission to prophecy into your life. Surround yourself with people who are willing to fight the good fight of faith.

  What you expect...


Be careful with your thoughts and emotions. Perhaps you can find one or several reasons to hate someone. Or you may have forgotten what had caused you to despise her/him but you are still clinging to the hatred so stubbornly.
Loathing causes emotional and mental suffering, more for you than the other person. Usually when YOU feel unworthy, inadequate and incomplete, you assume others perceive you the same way. You start over compensating for your actions and blaming others when things don't work out as you perceived they should of.
So, decide to let the memories and bad feelings go. Overcome your inferiority and embrace your uniqueness. It's time to forgive and release the emotional attachment to the past so that you can move on.
Release your past hurts, disappointments, and feelings of abandonment. Forgive yourself too for the mistakes you have made, self criticisms and false labels that you have given yourself. You must acknowledge your own self worth and believe in your strengths and abilities. You are worth loving and being loved.
If your unsure, just ask Jesus.

  All things work together for the good...





Now He commands me to show the same love to others by saying, “. . . love one another as I have loved you” (John 15:12). He is saying, “I will bring a number of people around you whom you cannot respect, but you must exhibit My love to them, just as I have exhibited it to you.” This kind of love is not a patronizing love for the unlovable— it is His love, and it will not be evidenced in us overnight.
The knowledge that God has loved me beyond all limits will compel me to go into the world to love others in the same way. I may get irritated because I have to live with an unusually difficult person. But just think how disagreeable I have been with God! Am I prepared to be identified so closely with the Lord Jesus that His life and His sweetness will be continually poured out through Me?

  Speak to the mountain

The words you speak will either put you over in life or hold you in bondage. Many people have been held captive in their circumstances by their own words. The absence of God's Word in your life will rob you of faith in His ability. Receive from God! Put yourself in a position to receive God's best for you by speaking His Word. God's creative power is still just as it was in the beginning of time when he stood there and said, "Light-be," and light was. His Word spoken from your mouth and conceived in your heart become a spiritual force releasing His ability within you. Creative power in you! Man was created in the image of God and His likeness. Learn to speak His faith-filled words to your situation and see your life transformed. Allow God's creative power to flow from you. For the past few months during worship service across many states, I watch others jump around with joy, praising God for all the good in their lives, or at least they try to make a good show of it. But for some reason I find my heart heavy and burdensome, as if my heart is not my own but that of God and He was in pain (yes, I do believe I have a direct connection and so should you!) My pain is always the same, that of a mother longing to hold her child in her arms with hope, that as they lay their head upon my breast the sound of my heart beating speaks the words of the unmeasurable love I have for them. So I pray this heart, "That God may move in the hearts of His people that they may KNOW of His love in it's UNDENIABLE DEPTH."

But every time, He reminds me that out of one side of their mouths they cry for revival, but out of the other side they fear the journey up the mountain to obtain the embrace of their God - fearful if they truly go into His presence they'd be destroyed. They would rather another go and tell them about it.

So I cried out for wisdom to know the heart of God in this matter and he confirmed himself.
I had a dream prompting me to look for a song called "Beloved", and I believe this is that song.

The Bridegroom is longing to be united to His bride.

  How do we live our daily lives?

I am frequently asked what are my religious views.  Although I do not believe that religious rules and/or rituals can save mankind, I do believe in the finished work of Jesus Christ which came to live His life as an example for us, and gave Himself to die in our place to pay the price for our rebellion toward God.  So, this makes me a Christian.


Ever since making Jesus the Lord of my life, I have sought to find a code to live by that embodies His teachings.  And, I believe I found it outlined rather well in the fifth chapter of the letter written by Paul to the church in Ephesus.  The following is this "Christian Code of Conduct" as found in the translation of the bible known as The Message, which I pray will bless you in your search for your right standing with the one true God:


"Watch what God does, and then you do it, like children who learn proper behavior from their parents. Mostly what God does is love you. Keep company with him and learn a life of love. Observe how Christ loved us. His love was not cautious but extravagant. He didn't love in order to get something from us but to give everything of himself to us. Love like that.


Don't allow love to turn into lust, setting off a downhill slide into sexual promiscuity, filthy practices, or bullying greed. Though some tongues just love the taste of gossip, those who follow Jesus have better uses for language than that. Don't talk dirty or silly. That kind of talk doesn't fit our style. Thanksgiving is our dialect.


You can be sure that using people or religion or things just for what you can get out of them—the usual variations on idolatry—will get you nowhere, and certainly nowhere near the kingdom of Christ, the kingdom of God.


Don't let yourselves get taken in by religious smooth talk. God gets furious with people who are full of religious sales talk but want nothing to do with him. Don't even hang around people like that.


You groped your way through that murk once, but no longer. You're out in the open now. The bright light of Christ makes your way plain. So no more stumbling around. Get on with it! The good, the right, the true—these are the actions appropriate for daylight hours. Figure out what will please Christ, and then do it.


Don't waste your time on useless work, mere busywork, the barren pursuits of darkness. Expose these things for the sham they are. It's a scandal when people waste their lives on things they must do in the darkness where no one will see. Rip the cover off those frauds and see how attractive they look in the light of Christ.


So watch your step. Use your head. Make the most of every chance you get. These are desperate times!


Don't live carelessly, unthinkingly. Make sure you understand what God wants.


Don't drink too much wine. That cheapens your life. Drink the Spirit of God, huge draughts of him. Sing hymns instead of drinking songs! Sing songs from your heart to Christ. Sing praises over everything, any excuse for a song to God the Father in the name of our Master, Jesus Christ.


And out of respect for Christ, be courteously reverent to one another."

  The Power is in the Seed





Every time you read the word or hear good teaching and put it into practice, your spiritual life is strengthened a little more. You can't receive the word of God without being changed for the better.

The word of God is the seed. Once you put the seed in good soil (willing heart), the seed is going to grow because the power is in the seed.

Seeds may look like little rocks or grains of sand—but out of a seed comes a tree or a flower, or a vine or some other plant.

And the power of a seed is not limited to that one plant, because then that plant produces more seeds, and more plants.

If you had enough time and the right conditions, one apple seed could produce hundreds of apple orchards or one kernel of corn could produce thousands of acres of corn.

That’s the power of a seed to produce new life. A seed little, its easily lost, crushed, brushed aside. But if it gets in, and goes in deep, it has the power of life. It comes alive and it sprouts, takes root, grows, and produces fruit. 

And that fruit produces its own seeds, and there is multiplication.

Imagine you are in the garden, scatter some seeds, take rake and work them in. That’s what you have to do with the Word it has to be worked in. So that what comes out of the soil, the words that come out of your mouth, the decisions you make, the things you do are the outgrowth of that seed. The seed is not just the spoken Word of God. Not just the Gospel message.  

The seed is also Jesus himself, the living Word.

 In the scriptures 3 out of 4 soils rejected the seed. Isn’t that what we’ve seen in Mark?

Pharisees and religious leaders were the hard soil they rejected him. Crowds were the shallow soil they were excited about the blessings, miracles, and healings, but lost interest in Jesus and his message. His family was the thorny soil they were conflicted about him. He was their brother and son, but things he said and did embarrassed them. Then there were the 12 and other disciples they were the fertile soil.

He is the seed. He is the Word. 

 And how did Jesus appear?  In weakness.  Like a seed. Where do we see his weakness most?  In his Passion. Look at Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane. You see the Son of God groaning, sweating drops of blood, begging his disciples to stay near him and pray for him. Because the prospect of the terrible suffering he was going to face the wrath of God for our sins, was crushing him.

So he went to the cross and then to the grave and was buried. Then he rose again in powerful new life. By faith we have that life.

In fact, in John 12, Jesus compares himself to a seed. “Unless a grain of wheat goes into the ground and dies it remains a single seed, but if it dies, it produces many seeds.”

What started out as an acorn something weak, something you could step on and crush, something a squirrel could eat. That weak thing was buried, in a sense died, came to life,    and a powerful new life appeared that could lift and crack concrete slabs.  

What are the hard things in life, concrete slabs that need to be lifted and cracked? What are the attitudes, habits, fears, griefs that are holding you back? What needs to grow in their place?  What strong trees, what fruitful vines? Gentleness, patience, kindness, contentment. There is this seed that you need to put under the slab. It’s the Word of God.  It’s the Gospel.

 Work it in, and then watch it grow. It is Jesus himself.  Look to his weakness, his cross. Let the seed of his weakness give you the power of the new life.

 But I encourage you...James 1:22 tells us that if we think just listening to the Word is enough, we are deceived. We must believe the Word and act on it. Be doers therefore and not hearers only.

  Walking by faith.

As we refuse to listen to the lies of the enemy and walk in the fullness of who we are in God through Christ Jesus.

See the things in the natural will become less and less of an obstacle. I am in awe over the love of the Father.
