  My Prayer this morning

I woke up this morning with this song on my heart.   My Prayer for today: Father awaken what is inside of me. tune my heart to all you are in me and even though you are always here, God come! .....May the vision of YOU be the death of me.               Awaken what is in me today. Tune my heart toward you Lord. Amen

  FAMILY, CHURCH FAMILY

Hello All! I hope that everyone is doing well this week!

I was sitting here thinking about our recent services and it hit me!  We have been having some really powerful services lately.  Our services have had awesome worship, great messages and even prayer for healings. I believe that having the children worship with us in the corporate service has really added an awesome dynamic to the service.   The Lord is moving in 2009!

If you missed last week's service.....The Lord has been setting the vision for Harvest Hill through our Elders.  The main, underlying, vision for our church is to seek after the Lord and experience his presence in our lives on a daily basis and to spread the good news of Christ to all we come into contact with.

This year specifically... we, as a church, want to focus on family...church family... That means that when you joined HHC, you joined a family. A family that may not have the same blood, but we are a family that is all washed in The blood.  We all need to grow closer as a united family.

How do we do that???

Well, I’m glad you asked!

Now, we already worship together and we spend some time together……But, what if we broke down those invisible walls and went out of our way, even more, to get to know the rest of our church family?  What if we actively pursued opportunities to invite and welcome church family into our homes on a more regular basis just to socialize and get to know them better?  What if we knew more of their likes, dislikes and prayer needs? What if we committed to attend as many “church activities” and “gatherings” as possible?  What if our church family suddenly turned into our best and most trusted friends?

Sound exciting?

Too good to be possible?

It is possible, but it is going to take effort. But I promise that it will be worth it!

Your very first opportunity is this Sunday afternoon from 5-7pm at HHC’s Family Fun Night! Come and share some laughs, games and good times.

Join the rest of your Harvest Hill family as we eat, play games and make lasting friendships through fellowship. So bring your friends, family, snacks, drinks, games and a big smile!  Come ready to have some fun!

These are the types of events that will take us from being a church - to being a family!  Don’t miss it!

What do you think? Do you have any ideas?
I would love you feedback!

Have a blessed rest of the week!
-Justin Coffman-

  The Election 2008

It is no secret that I was a stong supporter of the McCain/Palin team.  I am a Christian 1st, a husband/father 2nd and a proud American 3rd.

That being said, I will support Obama as my American president.

Romans 13 says, "1Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God."

Therefore, since I believe that this election is all part of God's master plan, I support Barack Obama as President.

BUT.....

Just because I support him, does not mean that I will always agree with him, I will view all of his policies and decisions through my own filter in this order....

1) Is it biblical or Christian?

2) How does this effect my immediate family?

3) Is it good for our nation's future?

but because of what the word of God says in Romans 13......I do support him and will pray for God to give him wisdom.

here is a link to Romans 13: http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=romans%2013&version=31

Agree? Disagree? What do you think?

Just my 2 cents. -Justin-

  Worship

Annette emailed this to me and it struck my heart this morning. So I thought I would share it.

God is not moved or impressed with our worship until our hearts are moved
and impressed by Him.

I want to live a lifestyle that is worship to Him.  My life needs to move His heart and impress Him.

  Marketplace Christianity

Over 98% of all Christians are called to ministry in the marketplace (your work).  We need to make this our battlefield.  I just completed the book "Marketplace Chrisianity" by Robert Fraser.  It has convicted me in ways that I did not know existed, when I return to the marketplace, I will return a changed man.  With a renewed drive and a different pursuit.  I highly recommend this book to anyone that is in the marketplace, It really helps us to set our sights on a higher goal.  Please read this book it will change your pursuits.

The following is from Robert Fraser's book "Marketplace Christianity" page 156.  Marketplace Christianity: Discovering the Kingdom Purpose of the Marketplace

To pursue anything but Jesus as your inheritance is to destine yourself for dissapointment and hurt. I have met scores of people who are angry at the Lord. They believe they deserve something different from what they have recieved. Without excepion, they have another primary reward besides Jesus. I have never heard one of these embittered souls say, "I so wanted Jesus, but He was withheld from me."  They do not realize that their dissapointment and hurt is a direct result from their ungodly attachment to another love. As a jealous lover, Jesus came and destroyed the object of their affection because it supplanted their love for him.  We gave Him permission to do this when we gave Him our vows of love.  If Jesus is our primary reward, then losses of secondary things only draw us closer to Him.

We cannot set our heart on any earthly inheritance at all.  While God may give us an earthly blessing, it is not guaranteed.  The essence of our great gospel is forgoing earthly reward to gain a heavenly reward.  Hurt and dissapointment is proof that we wanted something from God besides Himself.  Jesus inherited nothing on earth.  On earth, as believers, this is our only true gain: that we get to know Him, walk with Him and Love him.

You need to buy this book, here is a link:  Marketplace Christianity: Discovering the Kingdom Purpose of the Marketplacehttp://www.amazon.com/Marketplace-Christianity-Discovering-Kingdom-Purpose/dp/0975390511/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1205418492&sr=8-1

  HHC Christmas Production

I have to say....I have been attending this church my entire life, and I think this was the best Christmas Production HHC has ever had. From the bell ringing, to the kids singing, to the teens acting,  to the flag waiving,  to the candle lighting!   Great job to all of the actors, Singers, Flag Ladies, Bell ringers, sound techs, musicians.....etc...  I really liked the way the video background was in sync with the skits.

Anyway, great job!  Looking foward to next Christmas already

  VOTE for a Christian!

Long Story made short....... Lou Engle (or one of his staff, I cant remember which) recieved a dream that a dark day was coming on America.  And there is one canidate that could sustain us through that dark time,  In his dream the upcoming situation was compared to when Jesus was feeding the 5 thousand with just a few loaves and fish.  The next day in a public interview, this man was asked about how he had come out of nowhere with no funding and all of the sudden be a frontrunner for the republican seat.....  He said "The prayers of the Church, its like when Jesus fed the 5 thousand with just a few loaves and fish"!

Lou Engle did not say his name, but he said he was on the cover of newsweek magazine this week.  After doing some research of my own, there is now no question for whom I am voting.  Not only do we need a Christian in office, but we need a man who hears from God to run this nation!  We as christians haver to pray this man into office! Spread the word!

Read Below to get a little more info about Mike Hackabee and research this for yourself

Evangelicals help propel Huckabee into the lead, poll shows

Powered by overwhelming support from evangelical Christians, Mike Huckabee has surged to a 12 percentage point lead over Mitt Romney among Republicans in Iowa, the nation's first voting state, according to a new McClatchy-MSNBC poll.

Huckabee, a former Arkansas governor who was struggling for recognition just weeks ago, is now the choice of 32 percent of likely GOP voters in the Jan. 3 caucus. Romney, the former Massachusetts governor who's been leading most Iowa polls all year, is now a distant second in Iowa with 20 percent. Former Tennessee Sen. Fred Thompson is third at 11 percent.

Huckabee's strength rose most from self-described "born-again" Christians, who are expected to deliver about 40 percent of the state's Republican vote. They preferred Huckabee, a Baptist preacher, by 42-to-8 percent over Romney. But there were signs that his appeal is broader, as Huckabee trailed Romney by only three percentage points among Iowa Republicans who said they weren't born again.

History suggests that the winner of the Iowa caucus often roars into primaries in New Hampshire and South Carolina with a blast of momentum that can all but ensure the party's nomination. Huckabee's lead exceeds the poll's error margin of plus or minus five percentage points. That would seem to crown him as the undisputed GOP frontrunner in Iowa less than four weeks before voters caucus there.

But Huckabee could be peaking too soon - his sudden lead is likely to mean that his rivals will target him for attack in ads, debates and speeches, and some 19 percent of GOP voters in Iowa remain undecided. The news media, too, are likely to intensify their scrutiny. The harsher reality for Huckabee could be visible on Wednesday, when the candidates debate in Des Moines.

Brad Coker, the managing director of Mason-Dixon Polling and Research, which conducted the survey, thinks that Huckabee could turn off many conservatives because his stand on immigration isn't as hard-line as others and because he raised taxes in Arkansas.

In the other early voting states, Huckabee is still introducing himself to voters. In the McClatchy-MSNBC survey of New Hampshire, which votes on Jan. 8, he was a distant fourth. Romney was first there with 25 percent, followed by former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani with 17 percent, Arizona Sen. John McCain at 16 percent and Huckabee with 11 percent. Some 17 percent were undecided.

Huckabee, however, also scored a 3-point lead over Romney, 20-17 percent, in South Carolina, which votes Jan. 19, in a third McClatchy-MSNBC survey.

Add it all up and Huckabee's the man of the hour among GOP candidates, but his surge is suspect.

"His Iowa numbers are impressive. But look at New Hampshire, where you don't have that evangelical Christian base," said Coker.

Romney's slippage in Iowa was at least as significant because he's losing support from the voters he's courted most - social conservatives who closely examine candidates' views on "values issues". He tried to win them back on Thursday with a heavily publicized speech in Texas on his Mormon faith, but it appeared to make little difference to evangelical voters.

Huckabee, too, emphasizes conservative social values; last week he announced the formation of an Iowa Pastors Coalition consisting of dozens of clergymen.

"I'm a Christian," said Trent Rinderknecht, a high-school student from Van Horne, Iowa, "and I hope Huckabee will make Christian decisions."

While Romney retains his New Hampshire lead, the McClatchy-MSNBC poll suggests that it's shrinking fast compared to earlier surveys, in which his average lead in late November was almost 16 points, according to RealClearPolitics.com. Romney's well known to the state's voters since he governed the state next door from 2003 until January and has a home in New Hampshire.

This is Long, but Amazing! Fast and Pray 40 days!

Calling America to 40 Days of Fasting and Prayer
May 28-July 7, 2007
40DAYS
LOU ENGLE
God has graciously raised up Lou Engle to call America to a 40 day fast.  Lou has mobilized thousands of leaders who are committed to this vision as well.  All the major Christian TV networks are announcing it to get the word out - it is time for America to fast and pray as a nation. The article below, written by Lou, explains the urgency behind this initiative. The IHOP-KC family is standing with The Call and belivers during these 40 days. Please forward this to everyone you know who has a heart for America.

There are moments in history when a door for massive change opens, and great revolutions for good or evil spring up in the vacuum created by these openings. In these divine moments, key men, women and even entire generations risk everything to become the hinge of history, the pivotal point that determines which way the door will swing.

The rebellious generation of the ’60s seized its moment, and history crashed into the deep abyss of drug addiction, sexual immorality, hatred for authority and a rejection of the law of God.  In 1967, there was a culminating and defining moment in that rebellion, when 100,000 young people, ages 15–25 flocked to San Francisco to experience the hippie movement.  This mass convergence was sparked by the hit song, “San Francisco” (Wear a Flower in your Hair).  Once there, these young adults experimented with LSD, pot, casual sex and Eastern mysticism in what became known as the “Summer of Love.”

When these newly recruited ‘Flower Children’ returned home at the end of the summer, they brought with them new styles and ideas, flooding the cities of the US and Europe with a message that opposed authority and scorned conservative morals. This counterculture rebellion was fueled by music and art, which rapidly shifted global culture.

For 40 years, we have been falling headlong into a black moral morass in America along with the western world. We are reaping the waves of destruction in every sector of our post Christian society. Can America survive another 40 years? We are declaring “NO! A thousand times NO!” Unless a massive spiritual shift occurs at this moment, our children will live under an antichrist system and Godless enculturation that will bring about the demise of America, as we know it.

But God has a prescription for such a massive shift and it is revealed in the power of the great transitional 40-day fast. God, in His sovereign control over the parade of history, delivered the Israelites out of Egypt. Longing to release a moral code that would give foundations for righteousness, for time and eternity, God summoned Moses to a 40-day fast on Mount Sinai. Through this fast, all of history changed and the law of God was delivered from Heaven to Earth. Therefore, if America is going to return to God, it must recover that law again as its foundation for truth.

Elijah, at the height of Jezebel’s cultic dominion over Israel fasted 40 days, broke the spell of Jezebel off of his own life and received a mandate to anoint the next generation. Elijah’s fast unleashed a movement that toppled Jezebel’s regime of hell, which perpetrated the destruction of family, the killing of innocent children, the silencing of the voice of God’s people and the widespread culture of sexual immorality. The fruit of this fast culminated in the utter destruction of Baal worship in Israel.

Also in the fullness of time, the Glorious Gospel era was born when Jesus fasted 40 days and those who sat in darkness saw a great light. Clearly the 40-day fast is Heaven’s great transitional prescription, moving nations from failure to fulfillment of promise. Is it any surprise that when Jesus was to enter into His great sacrifice—where death would be swallowed up in victory—Elijah and Moses appear with Him on the Mount of Transfiguration. All three were together as the 40-day fasters. They presided over the great transitions of history.

When the Israelites were poised to move into the Promise Land, spies were sent out for 40 days. When they returned carrying an evil report, a whole generation was infected with unbelief and they turned their back on the Promise Land.  God’s sentence on that generation was “And your sons shall be wanderers in the wilderness for forty years and bear the brunt of your infidelity until your carcasses are consumed in the wilderness. According to the number of the days in which you spied out the land forty days, for each day you shall bear your guilt one year, namely forty years, and you shall know my rejection.” (Numbers 14:33–34) It was 40 years of judgment for 40 days failure.

Conversely, the great prophet Ezekiel received a 40-day prayer assignment for a 40-year failure of Judah’s iniquity. “Lie again on your right side, then you shall bear the iniquity of the house of Judah, forty days I have laid on you a day for each year.” (Ezekiel 4:6) It was clearly 40 days prayer for 40 years of failure.

When Jesus fasted 40 days and was tempted of the devil He quoted from the book of Deuteronomy saying “It is written man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.” And again, “You shall not tempt the Lord thy God” and again, “You shall worship the Lord your God and Him only shall you worship.” Jesus, in His victory over Satan, was quoting the book of Deuteronomy, the portion of scripture delivered by Moses to the generation who failed in the desert. Jesus, in His 40-day fast, was clearly identifying with that passage of scripture and the generation that came out of Egypt. As an intercessor in His 40-day fast, Jesus was fulfilling what a generation had failed in for 40 years.

Forty years are up! Could the Church of America in a 40-day fast deliver a nation out of a 40-year curse? We have scriptural precedent to believe for such a turning! Therefore, we are trumpeting a call to 40 days of fasting like Moses, Elijah, Ezekiel and Jesus. We must bear the iniquity in 40 days of fasting and intercession for the past 40 years of divorcing God in America, embracing a culture of sexual immorality, hedonism, materialism, abortion and the rejection of Christ in public places. But we are also calling for 40 days of fasting and prayer for the greatest outbreak of Kingdom power, in signs and wonders, and the spiritual awakening in America that will collide with this present darkness and topple its cultural dominion over our people. Thousands went on 40-day fasts in 1946 and in 1947, the great healing revivals broke out.  In 1948, the Latter Rain outpourings began, Bill Bright and Billy Graham’s ministries were born, and Israel became a nation.  Could it be that the 40-day fast preceded this explosion of power by the Spirit? After Jesus’ 40-day fast, the scripture says He returned in the power of the Spirit. Yes the promise of Joel 2 is that after the fast, “I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh…”

Forty years ago, in 1967, the Jesus Movement broke out. A youth revival started on the streets swept across the country, exploding on college campuses and coffee houses. People were being saved everywhere. Now 40 years later, we are crying out for God to do it again, way beyond the Jesus Movement!

In 1967, in a war and obviously by the supernatural hand of God, Jerusalem was taken and once again brought under the control of the state of Israel. This was a monumental signpost in the shifting of eras. The dispensation of the times of the Gentiles was now beginning to shift to the times when Jerusalem will become the last days focus for God’s activity in the Earth. For 40 days, we are joining Israel in a 40-day fast crying out to God that Israel would see their Messiah and they would begin to receive their greatest spiritual awakening since the days of the Apostles.

Brothers and sisters, moments like these come only once in a lifetime. To miss such a moment could mean missing the purpose of God for a generation. The generation that refused to cross over the Jordan did not know that they had only one day to make the decision, and missing that day meant 40 years in the desert.

Even now we are receiving reports that other countries are calling 40-day fasts. Could we be in a Global 40-day season of fasting (like Jesus), to see a global outbreak of light when great darkness is covering the Earth?  Beginning the evening of May 28, we are calling two generations to 40 days of fasting and prayer culminating on 7–7–07, the perfection of time. In a massive, national gathering of fasting, intercession, repentance and worship, we seek to declare our desire to remarry the Lord. We want to cross over into the promise land of national revival. We want to break this 40-year curse. May thousands seek God in water, juice and Daniel fasts from May 28 through 7–7–07, The Call in Nashville.

What would happen in America if for 40 days we sealed the electronic cultural sewer that flows nightly into our living rooms and instead, spent our strength seeking the Lord? What if tens of thousands of fathers and mothers across our nation fasted for 40 days repenting and cleansing themselves of inward toleration of sexual immorality, pornography, addiction to food, entertainment and materialism?  What if they prayed daily for their spiritual and physical children to see them converted to Christ and freed from rebellion, from addictions, depression and suicide? What if the young generation fasted for 40 days to be cleansed from lust, media addiction and rebellion toward there parents, believing that a double portion of the Holy Spirit would come upon there lives?

Moses fasted 40 days and mentored a spiritual son named Joshua, which means the Lord saves. Elijah fasted 40 days and threw his mantle on a double portion son, Elisha, which means the Lord saves. Also, John the Baptist fasted in the desert and prepared the way for a double portion son named Jesus, which means the Lord saves. Jesus fasted 40 days and unleashed the apostolic glory of the eternal Son of God into the Earth. What if we are preparing a generation for the greatest day of salvation in history? And so, what if tens of thousands of both generations fast together and gather on 7–7–07 for The Call Nashville in LP Field, to cry out to God in a Joel 2 moment for great national returning to the Lord?

The parade of history has brought us into a profound generational landmark, and a great vacuum has opened again. If the church does not seize this moment, Muslims will! Antichrist rage will!  Sexual perversion will!  Anarchy will!  But now is the time for key men and women, even an entire generation to risk everything to become the hinge of history, the pivotal point which determines which way the door will swing in America and in the nations of the Earth. It's 40 Days or 40 Years—seize the day!

Will You Give This to My Daddy?

I recieved this from Steve Arens, it is very touching and worth reading. God bless.

As a Company, Southwest Airlines is going to support "Red Fridays."
Last week I was in Atlanta, Georgia attending a conference. While I was
in the airport, returning home, I heard several people behind me
beginning to clap and cheer. I immediately turned around and witnessed
one of the greatest acts of patriotism I have ever seen.
Moving thru the terminal was a group of soldiers in their camos. As
they began heading to their gate, everyone (well almost everyone) was
abruptly to their feet with their hands waving and cheering.
When I saw the soldiers, probably 30-40 of them, being applauded and
cheered for, it hit me. I'm not alone. I'm not the only red-blooded
American who still loves this country and supports our troops and their
families.
Of course I immediately stopped and began clapping for these young
unsung heroes who are putting their lives on the line everyday for us so
we can go to school, work and home without fear or reprisal.
Just when I thought I could not be more proud of my country or of our
service men and women, a young girl, not more than 6 or 7 years old, ran
up to one of the male soldiers. He kneeled down and said "hi."
The little girl then asked him if he would give something to her daddy
for her. The young soldier, who didn't look any older than maybe 22 himself,
said he would try and what did she want to give to her daddy. Then
suddenly the little girl grabbed the neck of this soldier, gave him the
biggest hug she could muster and then kissed him on the cheek.
The mother of the little girl, who said her daughter's name was
Courtney, told the young soldier that her husband was a Marine and had
been in Iraq for 11 months now. As the mom was explaining how much her
daughter Courtney missed her father, the young soldier began to tear
up.

When this temporarily single mom was done explaining her situation, all
of the soldiers huddled together for a brief second. Then one of the
other servicemen pulled out a military-looking walkie-talkie. They
started playing with the device and talking back and forth on it.
After about 10-15 seconds of this, the young soldier walked back over
to Courtney, bent down and said this to her, "I spoke to your daddy and
he told me to give this to you." He then hugged this little girl that he
had just met and gave her a kiss on the cheek. He finished by saying
"your daddy told me to tell you that he loves you more than anything and
he  is coming home very soon."
The mom at this point was crying almost uncontrollably and as the young
soldier stood to his feet, he saluted Courtney and her mom. I was
standing no more than 6 feet away from this entire event.
As the soldiers began to leave, heading towards their gate, people
resumed their applause. As I stood there applauding and looked around,
there were very few dry eyes, including my own. That young soldier in
one last act of selflessness, turned around and blew a kiss to Courtney
with a tear rolling down his cheek.
We need to remember everyday all of our soldiers and their families and
thank God for them and their sacrifices. At the end of the day, it's
good to be an American.
RED FRIDAYS ----- Very soon, you will see a great many people wearing
Red every Friday. The reason? Americans who support our troops used to
be called the "silent majority". We are no longer silent, and are
voicing our love for God, country and home in record breaking numbers.
We are not organized, boisterous or over-bearing. We get no liberal
media coverage on TV, to reflect our message or our opinions. Many
Americans, like you, me and all our friends, simply want to recognize
that the  vast majority of America supports our troops.
Our idea of showing solidarity and support for our troops with dignity
and respect starts this Friday -and continues each and every Friday
until the troops all come home, sending a deafening message that.. Every
red-blooded American who supports our men and women afar will wear
something red.
By word of mouth, press, TV -- let's make the United States on every
Friday a sea of red much like a homecoming football game in the
bleachers.
If every one of us who loves this country will share this with
acquaintances, co-workers, friends, and family. It will not be long
before the USA is covered in RED and it will let our troops know the
once "silent" majority is on their side more than ever; certainly more
than the media lets on.
The first thing a soldier says when asked "What can we do to make
things better for you?" is...We need your support and your prayers.

Let's get the word out and lead with class and dignity, by example; and
wear something red every Friday.

WE LIVE IN THE LAND OF THE FREE, ONLY BECAUSE OF THE BRAVE.

  Church Growth

In case you didn't know, I am very interested in church growth.  This is an article that I found, please tell me what you think.  I would like to know your opinion on where you believe our church is strong and where you feel we are weak.  Thanks.......ALWAYS MOVING FOWARD, Justin. (The more feedback, the better)

Among the findings in the new FACTs on Church Growth report:

  • Congregations that change worship format and style are more likely to grow. More than half the congregations that use contemporary styles of worship have experienced substantial growth since 2000. Frequency is important as well: The more worship services a congregation holds, the more likely it is to have grown.
  • Congregations located in new suburbs are more likely to experience growth. But surprisingly the second best area for growth is the downtown of metropolitan areas.
  • Congregations that have experienced major conflict are quite likely to have declined in attendance. The strongest correlate of growth is the absence of serious conflict.
  • Congregations that have started or maintained a website in the past year are most likely to grow. The effort to have a website indicates that the congregation is outward looking and willing to change by non-traditional means.
  • While most congregations in America are composed of a single racial/ethnic group, those that are multi-racial are most likely to have experienced strong growth in worship attendance.
  • More important than theological orientation is the religious character of the congregation and clarity of mission and purpose. Growing churches are clear about why they exist and about what they are to be doing – “purpose-driven growth.”
  • Congregations that involve children in worship are more likely to experience significant growth. Also, important to growth is the ability of congregations to attract young adults and children with families.
  • Almost all congregations say they want to grow, but it takes intentionality and action for growth to occur. Congregations that developed a plan to recruit members in the last year were more likely to grow than congregations that had not. Particularly helpful in achieving growth are sponsorship of a program or event to attract non-members or the existence of support groups.

The report was written by C. Kirk Hadaway, Director of Research at the Episcopal Church Center in New York.

  Mary in a Martha World

On the way to the onething conference in Kansas City, Melissa Coffman was telling us about this book she was reading called "how to be like Mary in a Martha world.  She explained how when Jesus went over to eat and hang-out with these women, Mary and Martha, Martha was hung up about the fact that Jesus was coming over. So Martha spent all of the time cleaning and serving and making sure that every last little detail was perfect.

All of the while, Mary was just sitting at the feet of Jesus "soaking him in".

I think that If Jesus was in my house I would be more likely to act as Martha did.  It would be hard not to worry about all the small stuff.

But, Mary is the one that had it right..... She laid humbly at his feet just wanting to be as close to him as possible.  We should strive to be like Mary and lay aside the details of our services, ministries or programs. Now Im not saying we shouldnt prepare, we should strive for excellence in all we do.  But I am saying that we should always soak him up FIRST and all of the details will fall into place.

Later, thanks Melissa....Justin
